Terms of Service

Welcome to Tarabot Connect. These terms govern your organization's use of Tarabot Technology Solutions' WhatsApp Business messaging platform. By accessing or using Tarabot Connect, your organization acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Tarabot Connect

Tarabot Connect lets client organizations send and receive WhatsApp messages, manage message templates, and track delivery statuses through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp Cloud API). Access is provided to authorized staff of the client organization only.

2. Opt-in and lawful messaging

The client organization is solely responsible for obtaining valid opt-in consent from each recipient before sending them WhatsApp messages, and for the lawfulness of the content sent. Tarabot does not send messages on its own behalf and does not verify opt-in status on the client's behalf.

3. Message templates and approved usage

Message templates created through Tarabot Connect are submitted to Meta for review and must be used only for their approved category and purpose (e.g. a UTILITY template must not be used for marketing content). The client organization is responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the template content it submits.

4. Prohibited use

Client organizations agree not to use Tarabot Connect to send spam, unsolicited marketing to non-consenting recipients, or any content prohibited by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Tarabot may suspend access for accounts found in violation.

5. Compliance with Meta / WhatsApp policies

The client organization is responsible for complying with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp Business policies, including messaging limits, template guidelines, and quality rating requirements. Template approval, delivery, and account quality decisions are made by Meta directly and are outside Tarabot's control.

6. Service availability

This deployment of Tarabot Connect is provided for demonstration and Meta App Review purposes and is offered on an "as available" basis, without uptime guarantees. Production availability terms for client organizations are set out separately in the applicable service agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All software, branding, and platform components of Tarabot Connect are the property of Tarabot Technology Solutions. Client organizations retain ownership of their own message content, contact data, and template text uploaded to the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

Tarabot provides the platform "as is" and is not responsible for Meta's approval, delivery, pricing, or account-quality decisions, which are governed by Meta directly. To the extent permitted by law, Tarabot's liability for any claim arising from use of Tarabot Connect is limited to the fees paid by the client organization for the service in the preceding three months.

9. Termination and disconnection

Either party may disconnect a WhatsApp Business Account from Tarabot Connect at any time. Tarabot may suspend or terminate access for a client organization that violates these terms or Meta's policies. See our Data Deletion page for what happens to data on disconnection.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman.
